For workforce programs at scale

Skills-to-employment, at the scale your program needs.

iLeader supports US WIOA-funded programs, state and local workforce development boards, American Job Centers, county workforce programs, reintegration programs, and donor-funded initiatives. Indicators-aligned. Multilingual.

The coaching layer your program is missing

Not a replacement. A multiplier.

Technical training teaches a skill. Job-placement services find a job. The gap — the soft skills that determine whether a participant keeps the job, grows in it, or navigates the next transition — has historically been served by workshops. Workshops don't scale. iLeader does.

Not as a replacement for your career counselors, training providers, and case managers — as a multiplier for their reach.

US public workforce system

Built for how WIOA-funded programs actually operate.

American Job Center (One-Stop) deployment

Coaching for jobseekers between appointments, in their language, on their phone.

Local Workforce Development Board programs

Youth (WIOA Title I), adult, dislocated worker, and re-entry populations.

WIOA Title II adult education provider augmentation

Soft-skills coaching on top of literacy and GED programs.

Vocational Rehabilitation program support

Customization scoped for each population's needs.

Community college workforce-training program augmentation

Soft-skills layer added to certificate, vocational, and stackable-credential programs.

County-level sector partnership and workforce board programs

Coaching deployed across regional sector strategies and county-funded employment initiatives.

Justice-involved reentry programs

Coaching for returning citizens — employability skills, self-efficacy, and identity transitions before and after release.

Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) programs

Multilingual coaching adapted for seasonal mobility, low-bandwidth contexts, and rural deployments.

Alignment to your program logic

Your indicators. Your reporting.

WIOA performance indicators

Outputs aligned to primary WIOA indicators including measurable skill gains, effectiveness in serving employers.

MEAL alignment

Mapped to MEAL outcomes and results frameworks.

Cost-per-participant

Transparent per-seat pricing that scales down with cohort size — budgetable in proposal-writing, justifiable in implementation.

Cultural and linguistic adaptation

Four layers of customization, as in every iLeader deployment.

Skills taxonomy alignment

Outputs mappable to O*NET, SCANS, ISCO-08 soft-skills framings, and WIOA Performance Reporting.

Why iLeader works where workshops don't

The evidence shaped our design.

The soft-skills-for-youth literature contains a warning: a rigorous RCT in Jordan tested a 45-hour stand-alone soft-skills program and found no employment impact. Other studies — Dominican Republic, Argentina — found meaningful gains when the soft-skills component was integrated with ongoing practice, broader program support, and measurement.

iLeader is structurally the opposite of the intervention that failed: not a one-off workshop, but 24/7 ongoing coaching plus role-play plus goal tracking, fully integrated with your program's broader services and reporting.

Data sovereignty note — For deployments serving sensitive populations or in jurisdictions with data-residency requirements, iLeader's data-handling is scoped with your compliance and safeguarding teams. In-region hosting options can be evaluated with you.
