The product

How iLeader actually works.

A four-layer platform: assessment, AI coaching, role-play practice, and outcome measurement. Designed and trained by ICF-certified coaches. Delivered by AI, at scale.

The four-layer model

Four layers. One coherent system.

01

Assess

Start with what matters to your organization — not a generic test.

Your organization selects 8 skills from iLeader's taxonomy of 31 key soft skills — the ones that map to the outcomes you're trying to deliver. The Coachee then takes an assessment called 'Finding Your Superpowers,' which introduces them to those 8 skills and helps them choose 4 to develop through coaching. The assessment is about context, not a placement exam.

02

Coach

A real coach. Not a chatbot giving advice.

This is what separates iLeader from a course or a generalist LLM. The Coachee brings a real situation — a difficult conversation, a stretch decision, a moment of doubt — and iLeader works through it with them using structured coaching methodology: questions that help them clarify, reflect, decide, and commit. iLeader does not give advice. It helps the Coachee find their own answer. That's what a coach does. Available 24/7. In English, Spanish, or Nepali today.

03

Practice

A safe space to practice the conversations that matter.

Role-play scenarios are co-designed with the B2B partner for the skills and outcomes their program targets. A retailer may focus role-play on communication and negotiation for sales teams; an NGO may focus on confidence and analytical thinking for youth preparing for first jobs. After each attempt, iLeader provides feedback. Research on transfer of training (Baldwin & Ford, 1988): practice in context is what moves learning into real behavior.

04

Measure

Data that answers the question your CFO or MEAL Officer is actually going to ask.

For the Coachee in the App: their own skills-development journey, goals set, progress made. Private by default. For the B2B partner in the dashboard: cohort-level and group-level progression on the eight selected skills; goal-attainment patterns; anonymized engagement, risk, and sentiment signals. No conversation content, ever. No individual-level data, ever. You see patterns, not people.

Tracking & assessment — in depth

What we track, how we track it, and who sees what.

iLeader tracks three things that matter to the person funding the program:

  • Skills progression on the skills your organization selected from the 31-skill taxonomy
  • Goal attainment when a Coachee opts in to goal-tracking with curated accountability notifications
  • Anonymized risk and sentiment signals at the group/cohort level only — never at the individual level

Who sees what

Coachee

Own skills progression. Own goals and progress. Own positive engagement data.

In the iLeader App.

B2B partner

Cohort-level skills progression. Group-level engagement, risk, and sentiment patterns. Aggregated goal-attainment patterns. No conversation content. No individual sentiment or risk data.

In the B2B partner dashboard.

iLeader team

System-wide quality and adaptation metrics for continuous improvement. Subject to partner agreements.

Internal tools.

Customization — in depth

Four dimensions of customization. Co-designed with your team.

We don't translate — we adapt. Across language, culture, scenarios, and measurement — each layer co-designed in collaboration with the B2B partner to ensure effectiveness.

Language

English, Spanish, Nepali live today. Any additional language during customization — native-speaker coaching review, not machine translation.

Cultural and philosophical framing

Country culture, target-population culture, AND your organization's culture and values. The Nepal deployment integrates Eastern philosophical frames; a US retailer deployment integrates that retailer's service culture.

Role-play scenarios and skill focus

The eight skills you select from 31; scenarios co-designed for your specific program outcome.

Risk, sentiment and outcome measurement

Customized to the indicators you report on — corporate KPIs, MEAL logframes, WIOA performance indicators, academic accreditation outcomes.

The customization process

Four steps. From discovery to launch.

01

Discovery

2–3 weeks

We learn your population, program logic, and outcome goals.

02

Co-design

2–4 weeks

Language, philosophical framing, scenarios, metrics — all with your subject-matter experts in the room.

03

Build and configure

2–3 weeks

We configure the platform, load your content, and set up your dashboards.

04

Launch and iterate

Ongoing

Continuous review, joint iteration, and outcome reporting on the cadence you need.

AI + ICF design

Designed and trained by ICF-certified coaches. Delivered by AI, at scale.

A Coachee will never be told they're talking to a human when they're not. The AI is the coach — and it is customized to support your goals.

AI-Powered

The coaching your Coachees experience is 100% AI-powered. Available 24/7. At any scale.

ICF-Designed

What gives that coaching its quality is how it was built. iLeader's coaching methodology, conversation design, tone, and quality standards were created by ICF-certified coaches working alongside our AI engineering and behavioral science team — hundreds of hours of design and calibration before a single Coachee session.

Security & trust

Your data. Your Coachees' data. Treated with care.

Coachee-controlled data

Every Coachee can delete their conversations, goals, and history at any time.

Enterprise-grade security

On our roadmap toward SOC 2 Type II certification.

GDPR / LGPD configurable

Deployment-specific data-handling scoped during onboarding.

FERPA-ready

Contractual and technical provisions scoped with you to satisfy School Official exception requirements.

Data residency

We can scope in-region hosting requirements during the customization phase if your jurisdiction or funder requires it.
