Executive coaching has been proven effective for decades — the Theeboom et al. meta-analysis published in the Journal of Positive Psychology (2014) found coaching produces significant, measurable gains across performance, well-being, coping, work attitudes, and goal-directed self-regulation, with effect sizes in the moderate-to-large range.

We partnered with an international NGO to deploy iLeader in one of the most demanding adaptation contexts we could find: returning migrant workers in Nepal. The platform was customized to Nepali, adapted to Eastern philosophical frames that shape how participants understand self and community, and configured to the scenarios migrant returnees actually face.
